01
After gathering all the information mentioned above, fill out the form below with your proposal and pay attention to the details!
Also, send the reference photographs for your painting to the email alejandroarnutti1@gmail.com . Remembering that: a) the photos must be in the highest resolution possible, so that it is possible to capture all the details with clarity and fidelity; b) in the case of a sculpture, multiple photographic references from different angles are necessary, in addition to several photos so that the artist can have a general idea of the mannerisms, expressions, posture and similarity of the portrayed in various lighting situations;
02
The artist will contact you as soon as possible, through the means chosen in the form (WhatsApp or e-mail), to let you know if he accepts the proposal detailed in the form and to deepen the concept of your painting, define the budget, conditions of payment and delivery time.
Your investment budget is calculated using the following formula: material + hours worked + packaging + shipping.
If there is an immediate vacancy in the order calendar and once the quote has been accepted, the investor will have two payment options and the order production will begin: A) He can pay a down payment of 50% of the total amount of the budget for the artist to start the work, and the remaining 50% when the work is finished. B) The investor can make the payment in up to 12 installments on the credit card through a payment link sent by the artist to his WhatsApp (interest in this payment method).
If there is no schedule available at the moment, you will be asked if you want to join the waiting list and, if so, you will need to pay a down payment of 25% of the total budget amount to reserve your place on the waiting list. Upon acceptance of this condition, the investor will receive, within 24 hours, a link to pay the agreed down payment or the artist's bank information to transfer the amount, as defined in the previous negotiations. Payment of the remainder must be made as defined in the conversation with the artist.
03
After confirming the entry payment, if some creative element is necessary, the artist will make a graphite pencil sketch of his work of art, which will be sent by email or WhatsApp, within 7 working days for approval, along with any necessary information about the creative process. You will have to carefully analyze the sketch and you will be able to propose the changes that you think are pertinent so that the project is the way you imagined. Once the sketch is approved, the artist will begin the definitive work (painting or sculpture).
04
For the painting requests exactly as in the reference photos, without including creative elements, there is no need to sketch. In this case, as soon as the entry payment is confirmed, the artist will start the production of the definitive work.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL ORDERS
Before filling out the form below, it is essential that you know and agree to the following studio terms and conditions for special requests:
1. Copyright and image rights
The artist retains all copyright and reproduction rights in any and all works of art produced, including through print and merchandise. However, in the case of portrait painting, as a result of the image rights of the portrayed, in some situations, the dissemination and/or reproduction of the work by the artist is subject to the express authorization of the person portrayed. In this case, you must make it clear whether or not you authorize the artist to use your image. If the client is not the subject of the painting, he must provide the person's contact information, so that the artist can talk (at the appropriate time) about the subject.
2. Materials
Your work will be made in oil paints with pigments of excellent coverage and durability, on a Canvas support, with 100% cotton fabric with a fine weave and quality finish, properly treated and prepared, which provides good resistance and longevity of centuries when stored. and handled correctly.
As a rule, the painting works are sent to the investor rolled up inside a reinforced tube with caps, which guarantees maximum safety and low transport costs. After the investor receives his painting, he must take it to a frame shop to request the stretching of the work and, if desired, choose a frame for the work.
3. Production deadline
Several factors influence the delivery time of the work, such as: the size of the painting or sculpture, the technique to be used, the degree of difficulty required, the existence of productions in progress and/or in the queue, the drying period , among others. This varies depending on each case, but the artist will inform you what the production and delivery time is for each specific case.
Therefore, it is important to be aware of the deadlines for ordering your painting, especially if it will be dedicated to an event or commemorative date.
The average time for the production of medium-sized works is 15 to 45 working days (which may be longer depending on the complexity of the proposal and the size of the work).
The oxidation and curing time of the paint is something that must be carefully considered, as oil paint goes through an oxidation drying process that is naturally slow, and it may take more than a year for complete drying (of all layers ) of the painting. However, the outer coat of paint is usually dry to the touch, on average, about 15 to 35 days after the paint is finished (sometimes a little less, sometimes a little longer).
Therefore, it is extremely important to wait at least for the outer layer of touch-sensitive paint to dry completely so that the paint can be packaged for transport without risk of damage.
You must also remember to add the delivery time informed in the negotiations to the production and drying time.
For all these reasons, very tight deadlines will be refused!
Also, frequent messages aimed at speeding up production time are not welcome.
4. Adjustments to the artwork
Within the amount agreed with the artist, in the case of works with creative elements, you have two opportunities to adjust the work: 1) the first, right at the beginning of the process, when sending the sketch for discussion of the concept and for approval of the composition and 2) the second, during the painting process, when the artist will send, by email or WhatsApp, images of the painting in progress at a stage close to completion, for analysis and suggestions (within the limits of the final proposal defined after approval sketch). It is important to remember that the sketch is just a way of guiding the artist's work. Thus, considering that the creative process is intuitive and unique, the finished piece, although similar, will not necessarily be identical to the sketch presented.
In the case of realistic painting, exactly as in the reference photograph, the artist will send photos of the process at the moments of finalization so that you can propose the adjustments you deem necessary.
Any extra adjustments, beyond the agreed design concept, will be subject to an additional fee, which will vary depending on the complexity of the requested changes. This type of requirement can also affect the production time and, consequently, the agreed delivery time.
5. Values
The price of the work takes into account the average work time required for its production, the degree of difficulty provided, the image portrayed, the type of surface (support), the dimensions of the canvas used, as well as the estimated cost of paints and other auxiliary paint materials.
For this reason, quotes are created individually, according to the work proposal sent in the form and according to the reference images provided by email.
In addition to the value of the investment in the artwork, the quote will contain additional information on packaging and shipping costs and other fees that may be necessary.
6. Payment Terms
For the safety of the artist and the investor, payments are always made via bank transaction (PIX or TED) or through the PagSeguro payment link.
The start of any commissioned work is subject to an entry fee, the minimum amount of which will be 50% of the total value of the work, to cover the initial expenses of the creation process, and 25% to reserve your place in the queue. Except in extreme circumstances defined in civil law, the entry fee is non-refundable. Payment of the remaining amount will be negotiated with the artist at the beginning of the commissioning process.
7. Other issues
The artist reserves the right to refuse works that involve characters and/or copyrighted subjects or that violate social media guidelines (which serve as a portfolio) and requests that imply drastic stylistic changes.
In addition to the commission agreement, it is important that you know all the terms and conditions of the site (link in the footer of this page), before proceeding. There you will find information about the site's shipping policies.
